Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong ability to generate leads and drive client interactions. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and increasing bookings for our wide range of services.

Key Responsibilities:

 

    • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and attract new clients through various channels.

    • Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing information about our services and addressing client inquiries.

    • Platform Utilization: Utilize training provided to effectively use platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji to attract and convert potential clients.

    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and improve client engagement.

    • Client Acquisition: Convert leads into bookings, with a target earning potential of $100 to $150 per day based on a 4% commission per booking after the first 20 bookings.

    • Training and Tools: Leverage the training, tools, and software provided to enhance sales strategies and overall performance.

    • Continuous Improvement: Regularly refine and adjust strategies based on performance data, market trends, and client feedback to optimize results.

    • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and engagement metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.

    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

    • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing clients to ensure a high level of service and address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage calls effectively and professionally.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketplaces (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • One of our effective strategies involves leveraging social media platforms, such as Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji, to engage potential clients. By crafting targeted advertisements and utilizing compelling visuals, we attract and convert leads, driving increased bookings for our cleaning and detailing services. This approach not only enhances our visibility but also fosters direct communication with potential customers, allowing for personalized interactions and improved client relationships.
  • In Facebook Marketplace, you will utilize data-driven images created by our social media managers for your posts. These images, combined with carefully chosen keywords, location targeting, and relevant hashtags, will make your posts highly visible to potential clients. You will follow specific criteria for posting and avoid unaccepted keywords to ensure optimal reach.

    During your training, you will receive scripts to help you effectively communicate with potential clients, emphasizing the best prices for the services they seek. Once a client agrees to book a service, you will collect their address and phone number, then schedule the appointment using our calendar system. For instance, if a booking includes cleaning for 5 bedrooms and 1 set of stairs at a total cost of $600, your 4% commission would be $24. With the usual number that we are already getting 4 bookings per day, your earnings would total approximately $96 per day. With your expertise, we aim to increase our engagement to 6 bookings per day using your skills and strategies, further boosting your earning potential.
