We can give low prices depends on so many factors :

1- Same location or on our way driving back to Mississauga : if we are providing services in his location / nearby (less than 30 minutes drive), we can provide better price but nothing less than 79$ , for example, 3 seaters sofa instead of 117$ we can do for 99$ or 5 seaters sofa instead of 199$ we can do 149$.

2-We take in consideration as well the client location, and the item itself ! 

For example its a townhouse that has easy access to the house so we will not waste 30 minutes just to get in his apartment using underground parking and elevator ...

so it's really linked to the time spend and need to be within 1h service total.

3- if the client has so many things to get done and it's more than 600$ we can give up to 50$ discount and we always remind the client about our loyalty program where he will get services for free and his money will not just end on the service so he will be motivated to pay more and get more reward points to get free services later in the future.
