Hardwood Floor Sanding: $2.00 to $4.00 per square foot. Includes removing old finishes and smoothing the wood surface.
Hardwood Floor Staining: $1.50 to $3.00 per square foot. Applies a stain to enhance and color the wood.
Three Coats of Polyurethane: $1.50 to $3.00 per square foot. Provides a durable and glossy finish.
If your floor still looking good but it’s a bit smooth from wax ! you can only do the polishing to bring it back to life :
- Scrubbing Old Wax (Using CRB): Typically $1.00 to $2.00 per square foot. Removes old wax and buildup before polishing.
Polishing (Using Pads): $0.75 to $1.50 per square foot. Involves buffing the floor with polishing pads to achieve a smooth, high-gloss finish.
Stairs:
The full process 3 steps starting from 7$ per per step, or if you want a specific service only, here is the prices :
Sanding: $3.00 to $6.00 per step. Includes removing old finishes and smoothing the wood surface.
Staining: $2.00 to $4.00 per step. Applies a stain to enhance and color the wood.
