Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services - Clean24hr
1. Services Offered:
Clean24hr provides professional cleaning services, including carpet / stairs cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, mobile car detailing, and rugs cleaning, within the Ontario, Toronto area.
2. Scheduling and Appointments:
Clients must schedule appointments in advance through our designated channels. Clean24hr reserves the right to adjust appointments based on availability and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking (fee of $19.99 for car detailing and 39.99$ for residential carpet/sofa cleaning) will be deducted from the total service amount if the client fails to show up at the designated location upon our arrival. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for the service.
4. Payment:
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning service. Clean24hr accepts various forms of payment, as outlined in our payment policies, Clients have the right to request a receipt for the services rendered.
5. Claims and Complaints:
Any claims or complaints regarding the cleaning services must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receiving the service. Clients must provide a valid receipt as proof of service to initiate any claims or complaints.
6. Damage Claims:
Clean24hr is not responsible for any damages that occur due to pre-existing conditions or mishandling of items. Clients are required to report any perceived damages within the stipulated 48-hour period along with photographic evidence.
7. Liability:
Clean24hr holds no liability for damages incurred beyond our control, such as accidents, spills, or wear and tear, and electricity issues.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee (19.99$ for car detailing, 39.99$ for Carpet/sofa cleaning).
9. Loyalty System:
Clients are encouraged to retain their service receipts, as they serve as proof of service and enable participation in our loyalty system. The loyalty system allows clients to accrue benefits and discounts based on the frequency of services.
10. Confidentiality:
Clean24hr respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal information provided by clients is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Service Completion:
A- Clients are responsible for thoroughly inspecting the completed service upon its conclusion. Any concerns must be raised immediately to be addressed promptly.
B- Clean24hr reserves the right to update or modify these terms at its discretion. Any changes will be promptly reflected on our official website. By booking our services, clients acknowledge that it is their responsibility to review and agree to the most recent version of these terms and conditions available on our website. Once a service is booked with us, it is understood that the client is already familiar with our policy, having had access to the information shared on our public website.
